DIGITAL ART
Drawing on his practice in film-making, composition and sound design, Philip Clemo creates moving-image and sound artworks for screens, installation and public spaces.
His work transforms imagery, often of natural phenomena, through abstraction, altered perspectives and shifts of scale – from microscopic and extreme close-up imagery to aerial landscapes. These works explore perception: the point at which familiar forms become ambiguous, immersive or otherworldly.
Clemo has released eight collections of digital artworks with Sedition Art. His work has also been presented at the V&A Museum and the Eden Project. In 2026, Breath: Aurora Borealis, alongside his Icelandic aerial imagery for The Listening Planet, was presented on large-scale digital displays at Heathrow Airport.
