Over 20 years I have created 6 albums, working with an extraordinary group of musicians including Arve Henriksen, Byron Wallen, B J Cole, Henry Lowther, Theo Travis, Evi Vine, Cleveland Watkiss, Emily Burridge, Simon Edwards, Martin Ditcham and Martyn Barker. In the studio I often work with ‘blind improvisation’ where musicians respond to pieces with no prior knowledge of what they are about to hear. This keeps things volatile and surprising. On my three most recent albums I have worked with renowned sound engineer Phill Brown (Traffic, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Talk Talk) and we have constructed many magical sonic spaces for musicians to explore.
